"In search of some primo real estate, Kourtney Kardashian and her assistant meandered around Miami, Florida today (October 17).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet looked retro-chic as she peeped some properties on Lincoln Road while shutterbugs looked on.

Meanwhile, Kourtney was thrilled at the announcement of her sister Khloe’s new gig as co-host of the “X Factor” alongside Mario Lopez.

She tweeted, "Wooooohoooooo! Pour the champagne! Khloe is the new The X Factor host with Mario Lopez. They will make such a perfect team! I am so proud and honored to call Khloe my sister. And my soul mate…duh. Congratulations Khloe!""
