"Keeping herself in top shape, Nicole Richie attended a ‘metamorphosis’ class at the Tracy Anderson Gym this morning (October 9).

The “Simple Life” starlet looked a bit tired as she made her exit, carrying a fresh-squeezed juice beverage to rehydrate and replenish her body.

In a recent interview, Richie discussed her household habits, noting that she and beau Joel Madden try their best to be environmentally friendly.

"I would say that we are a pretty green family. I recycle; we unplug everything in the house when we go to sleep. [We're] definitely conscious. We live here. There's no other place to go. It's important that we care [of] where we are.""
