Kourtney Kardashian arrived at a studio in Miami

"Gearing up for the day’s duties, Kourtney Kardashian arrived at a studio in Miami, Florida earlier today (October 16).

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” cutie was joined by her daughter Penelope as she hopped out of a chauffeured car, only to have her hair blown up by a gust of wind.

And it seems Kourtney and her sister Kim have been forced to live in a less-than-swanky neighborhood on the north side of town, given that the swanky south residents wouldn’t consent to having an ever-present camera crew.

An insider explained, “The family needed signatures of approval from immediate neighbors of the homes they were looking at, as well as the consent of 90 percent of residents within 500 feet of their main filming location.”

“It’s a far-cry from their usual posh digs, with just a 7-Eleven and an abandoned old bank close by,” added the source."
