Keeping her 16 million Twitter followers informed, the E! reality royalty tweeted, "Italy is so beautiful! Best birthday ever!!! I got whisked away to Rome for a birthday week surprise!”

Bringing along his camera, the "Monster" hitmaker took his white hot girlfriend for sunset walk after having dinner at The Grand Canal Restaurant.

The romantic meal was followed by a mini shopping spree, with West at one point buying some flowers for the birthday girl."
