Heidi Klum at Disneyland

"Treating her kiddos to a fantastic evening, Heidi Klum headed to Disneyland in Anaheim, California on Monday night (October 8).

Joined by her children (Lou, Leni, Johan, and Henry), boyfriend Martin Kristen, and mother Erna, the German supermodel looked to be having a marvelous time at the magical theme park.

Over the weekend, Heidi took her whole clan to the Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in Beverly Hills to get ready for the forthcoming Halloween festivities.

Klum tweeted, "4 weeks until Halloween! Here’s a look back at some of my favorite costumes from years past!"
